Love the app and how I am able to see my child’s progress throughout the day.

I really enjoy this app and being able to keep updated on things for my child. The messaging system is great and the updates available are so informative and helpful!

I absolutely love this app! The app allows me to see all the things that my grandson is experiencing throughout his day and experience his joy with him.

One of the largest insurance companies in North America says Brightwheel’s invoices are inadequate for dependent care spending accounts. Brightwheel says: nah we’re good. Insanely lazy development team.

We were forced to pay high fee because of an error in the app and a delay in bank account confirmation. care center said it was the apps policy and the app said it was the day care policy. But it is the app that charges the fees. When contacting the team about this issue we just got automated refusal responses.re:response. Another canned message similar to the refusals once you set up the payment method it is then we found out about fee and couldn’t delete. The bank info was not cleared in time to use it as another option smh

I love it I get to see how my sons day is going every day with photos it’s a great app

I’m able to see pics of my child during day care. Able to see feedings and diaper changes to keep up with current events. And also being able to communicate with his teachers during him being in daycare and give updates is a bonus for me.

We have had nothing but the best experience with this tremendous daycare they all have been wonderful to our boys and even when there are issues the communication is absolutely fantastic. We as parents have to find what’s right for are kids and it has taken us a few years to find the one that fits are kiddos.

I enjoy the app as it is a quick and easy way of staying informed, make payments and to see updates of my child throughout the day. I would not be as comfortable without it!

Great way for grandparents to keep in touch and watch our granddaughter grow

I love brightwheel. I usually always skip the reviews, but i couldn’t skip this one. My child goes to Strive & they use brightwheel . I’m able to see everything he’s doing at all times. They keep me updated with his daily routines and any incidents . I love it.

I love being able to get pictures and videos of my children throughout the day and seeing them. I also enjoy being able to communicate with their teachers.

I’m so glad the daycare my daughter uses the Brightwheel app!! I love seeing the pictures of my grandson and the other adorable children. It’s a great way to see how their day is going with eating, playing, sleeping and diaper changes. The daycare really utilizes all the components of the app, which I appreciate and find so comforting.

It shows the children are interacting with each other and in a happy mood for their ages. As for the staff, they seem pretty cool from what I can see. Thank you

I love seeing what Abraham is doing and we can talk about it in the evening also, it is a great way to communicate when he gets hurt The staff does a great job with it. Thank you ladies.

I love this app! We’ve used Tadpoles previously. Brightwheel has a cleaner interface. So easy to see what my child is doing throughout the day and communicate with the teachers.

Love the daycare my kids are well taken care of they update me with everything asap my kids love the environment my kids are smart they learn so much in love the staff

This is the best app! It makes it easy for teachers to communicate and the features like pictures and meal time helps to feel connected to my kid throughout the day.

I love this app! I have taken my daughter to multiple places for childcare and this one is by far the best facility and I love that they keep me updated on what she’s doing.

Brightwheel has left me hanging while trying to figure out how to get the tuition fee paid by parents on the app deposited into my bank account. I have been reaching out for a week with no response from their “payment operation” team. I do not recommend using this service.

When I needed to verify my bank account the way you have the app configured would not allow the keyboard to insert a ‘dot’ so I couldn’t enter $.15, only $15. I had to type $.15 in my notepad and copy it and put it into the brightwheel app.

No longer receiving notifications after last update.

They claim it’s 2.9% (which is very steep), but when I do the math the calculated service fee is actually more like 3.0% — so it’s being misrepresented on their site.

As a parent I love this app, I never miss a moment of my child’s day

Love it but please add a dark/ night mode its too bright

Easy to use, user settings based what you want to be notified and fast.

I love this app. My grandchildren attend and I love seeing all the things they do all day and the pictures and videos they post. Also very easy drop off and pick up using the app. I also like you can send and they can send messages when needed for communication

It’s really a great way for parents to keep a eye on their kids why at work ,it shows what they eat and it clear and easy to use ,love it

I love that this app keeps parents/caregivers updated on how their children are doing in daycare. I love that they post every meal, potty, and nap time. It's also nice to see photos posted and see my children enjoying their day.

Would be nicer if we could see our grandchild on video anytime we log on

Caring staff and very supportive on my daughter’s growth. My daughter loves being around the positive environment and enjoys her time there.

I like the app. It could use a little bit of a UI clean up, but that is just my opinion. I’d like to have the time spend in daycare in the summary. And also maybe some graph summaries to see differences more easily. That would be great. Also if you want to check some older photos it takes forever to load.

Dear developers of this app. We love it, we use it for our preschool all the time. Just one question/suggestion to give it a 5 star rating. It’s there anyway that a you can add a read receipt so that Parents and Staff can check to see if messages have been received? In my book that would make it a 10 star app! Thank you.

Love staying connected to my daughter and the app is pretty reliable and easy to use. Rarely have any issues using it.

If I had a choice I would not use this app but I must use it for the daycare my son attends. I had an issue with invoices not showing up for my son and when I reached out to costumer service, they also didn't know how to fix it and took them a week going back and fourth asking the same questions over and over again via email to figure out that they could not fix the issue. Anyway, I can't even use this app to pay, I have to wait for the invoice to come to my email to pay and I guess I will continue to do that. At least I can communicate with the daycare staff through this app so it's not completely useless.

I just love that I am updated throughout the work day/ week with memorable photos of my baby girl!!! Thank you so much “Yes Ma’am”

This app is such an amazing way for the teachers at my childcare center to show my child’s day. Seeing pictures being able to react to them it’s easy to operate and understand. I’ve used other apps with other centers and this one stands out the most. My top choice to use.
